Judhajit Sarkar finds film schools as technician suppliers

Posted by Kaahon Desk On November 6, 2014

Talking about film industry and film production in general, Judhajit Sarkar maintains quite downbeat views about the function of film schools in our country. Film school can’t function in isolation; they need to work in sync with the industry. However that doesn’t mean supplying technicians to the film industry is the only purpose of film schools.  Film Schools should work towards development of cinema striving for international standards. But he blatantly states that his reform suggestions have already made him unpopular among the fraternity.
